Clinical Pilates timetable: Sessions labelled “Clinical Rehabilitation” below are our Clinical Pilates classes, with a maximum of five people per class.

New clients: You can browse the timetable before getting started. You must complete a Pilates assessment and have your individual program developed before attending a class. Please call 03 9481 7794 to arrange your Pilates assessment, or enquire about the Clinical Pilates Intro Pack.
