Set the clinical standard
Create clear expectations for program design, class quality, progression and reassessment across the service.
Grow participation
Strengthen the pathway from treatment into rehabilitation and grow the service without compromising care.
Lead across three clinics
Work with clinic leaders and practitioners across Fitzroy North, Thornbury and Brunswick.
Who we are looking for
Strong Clinical Pilates experience. Clear leadership potential.
- A qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration or a realistic pathway to registration.
- A strong and recent Clinical Pilates delivery record.
- Advanced Clinical Pilates training and substantial individual and small-group experience.
- The ability to train, coach and give clear feedback.
- The drive to grow participation while protecting clinical quality.
- Formal leadership experience is valued, but training, mentoring or clear leadership potential also qualifies.
