Feili is particularly interested in musculoskeletal conditions and exploring ways to help restore movement and function. With a background in teaching Pilates, she is also a certified APPI Matwork Pilates instructor and has a Pilates approach to movement.
She loves getting to know her clients and working with them to achieve their goals. Feili’s core aim is to empower her clients through education, targeted exercises and manual therapy to promote optimal movement and long-term quality of life, helping people feel their best and enjoy moving.
