Mel has well and truly watched and has been a huge part of building Premier from the ground up, working closely alongside Damian for over 15 years.
She started off as a casual receptionist working two days a week and watched the business evolve over that time. Mel took each opportunity to grow alongside the business and is now the full-time practice manager and work across all three clinics. She is in charge of payroll, accounts, rostering, and quite often mothering all the staff. Mel enjoys playing netball and attending Pilates.
Her favourite thing about Premier is watching the team grow and evolve, the support everyone gives each other, as well as the fantastic atmosphere.
