Milly, Physiotherapist in Thornbury

Milly is a caring and approachable Physiotherapist at Premier Sports Medicine Thornbury who is passionate about helping people overcome pain, improve their movement and get back to living an active, healthy life.

Whether you’re dealing with neck or back pain, recovering from an injury or looking to move with more confidence, Milly provides evidence-based physiotherapy tailored to your goals, lifestyle and long-term wellbeing.

About Milly

Milly completed her Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University of Technology, where she developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. From a young age, she knew she wanted to work in healthcare, combining her passion for helping others with her interest in health, fitness and movement.

During her clinical placements, Milly discovered how rewarding physiotherapy could be as she watched patients progress from pain and limited mobility to restored confidence and function. She has since developed a particular interest in treating neck pain, back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions that affect everyday life.

Milly also gained valuable experience working with an amateur football team, where she further developed her skills in acute injury management and exercise rehabilitation. At Premier Sports Medicine Thornbury, she enjoys helping people reduce pain, improve movement and confidently return to work, sport and the activities they love.

Treatment Approach

Milly believes every patient deserves an individualised treatment plan that addresses the root cause of their pain rather than simply managing symptoms. She combines hands-on physiotherapy, education and exercise rehabilitation to help patients recover, build strength and prevent future injuries.

Her treatment may include manual therapy, joint mobilisation, exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, strength and conditioning, injury management and practical education to support long-term results.

Outside the clinic, Milly enjoys staying active through strength training, yoga and regular exercise. On weekends you’ll often find her spending time with friends or enjoying Melbourne’s live music scene.
