Treatment Approach

Darren takes the time to understand each patient’s symptoms, history and goals before building a treatment plan. His physiotherapy care may include hands-on treatment, movement assessment, education, exercise rehabilitation and practical strategies patients can use between appointments.

For people with headache, jaw pain or neck pain, Darren focuses on identifying contributing factors, explaining them clearly and helping patients make steady progress with a plan that suits their lifestyle.

For knee, hip, ACL and return-to-sport presentations, Darren’s gym and strength background supports a practical, exercise-based rehabilitation pathway.
